Do you fill prescriptions?
Yes we do! Feel free to ask your doctor to send your prescriptions over located at 6449 Castor Ave Philadelphia, PA 19149. (With some exceptions such as bath products, casts, slings, canes, walkers, and wheelchairs. We are currently working on getting otc insurance coverage, however bath products are not able to be covered with insurance.)
What do I need to prepare in order to get my prescriptions?
Please come in with your insurance, driver license, and your phone number. If you have a written prescription from your doctor, please bring that as well.
Can I have translations for other languages on my prescription?
Yes! We can translate directions for medication in Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Gujrati. For other languages, please let us know and we'll try out best to help you out.
Do you accept insurance for surgical/medical supplies?
Currently, we are unable to cover any surgical or medical supplies at this time. However, they can be purchased at our store or covered with your benefit card.
What benefit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Keystone, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Humana benefit cards.
We now accept OTC cards.
Can I use my benefit card to cover surgical/medical supplies and over the counter medicine?
Yes, most supplies and over the counter medication can be covered with your benefit card. Feel free to come in and take a look at our supplies or consult us for any concerns.
How do I know what specific items you have in stock?
Good question, this is why we created our website so when you go into the shop page, you will see exactly what we have in stock. And If you would like to request an item we do not have, feel free to contact us about it.
How accessible is your store?
We are located right in front of bus stop (Castor Ave & Hellerman St) for Bus 59. For parking, we reccommend the parking lot behind Northeast Services Hub. Our store is wheelchair accesible and easily spotted at the corner of Castor Ave & Hellerman St.
